  Well all of November there are FREE DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES !!!! The two tech guys figured out the problem, fixed it , helped me with some tech barriers I couldn't figure out and were so polite and caring while they did it ..... I was surprised and very impressed. BRIDGEWATER STAPLES ....YOU ROCK !!!!!! Thank you for an extremely positive customer service experience.

  My experience with my local Staples, was a good one, for some reason the product I bought was defective, I called them and was told to bring it back for replacement. No hassles or Hoop jumping like some experiences I had with other stores. Thank You and I Will shop there again.

  I have had several experiences with Staples, Bridgewater. I am not expert by any means when dealing with computer issues. However, I have always been treated with respect. The issues I have had have been dealt with quickly and well. The technician with whom I have dealt is Mitch and I don't know his last name. In conversation with him I mentioned a scam in relation to my computer which cost me 650.00. He suggested that I contact my credit card company and ask for the charge to be reversed.Because of his suggestion, I am 650.00 richer. This was not part of his job but a kindness to a customer. These extras mean that I will be a loyal customer.

  STAPLES ...... I need to share this as I have never had such a positive experience in a store in my life as the other day. I took my 2 laptops in as they weren't working properly and was prepared that I may have to surrender them for an expensive diagnostic, and then may loose important files, and in the end they would be sent away for repairs for an unknown amount of time. This has been my experience in other stores.
